Registration and Payment

Registration Information

• Registration will begin on February 6, 2024.
• Student Registration discounts will only be valid if an accompanying Co-Author attendee submits a Full Registration fee. Therefore, a student discount attendee must provide the name and email address of another accompanying individual paying the 4M, I2M2, IFMM Member, or Non-Member fee. Student discount users acknowledge that if a full registration fee attendee does not accompany their student fee, they will be charged the difference between a student fee and a non-member fee.
• 4M, I2M2, and IFMM members receive a discounted rate for this event.
• Conference Registration includes lunch, coffee breaks, a Welcome Reception (September 16), a Banquet Dinner (September 18), and an Optional Tour (September 19).
• The registration fees are as follows:

• For cancellation, the following applies.
  • Two months or more before the conference: 50% refund
  • Less than two months before the conference: no refund
• The Visa Exemption rule allows tourists from 64 countries to enter Thailand without applying for a visa. However, please contact us if you need an official letter from the WCMNM 2024 conference committee.

STEP I:

If you have not registered to the NSTDA Web Conference System, please go to this link and fill out your information.

STEP II:

Based on your registration type, pay the registration fee by “BANK TRANSFER”. The bank account information is shown below.

STEP III:

Email your payment confirmation with the following information to thaitribology@gmail.com.

– Title/Position

– Registration Type
– Confirmation Document Attachment

STEP IV:

The conference organizer will email you if the bank transfer and registration are completed.

NOTE: If you have trouble logging into the registration system, you can skip STEP I, and proceed with STEPS II to IV.

2. Credit Card

STEP I:

If you have not registered to the NSTDA Web Conference System, please go to this link and fill out your information.

STEP II:

On the registration “Information” page, click the “Pay” button.

STEP III:

Enter your Tax Address, payment information and select your preferred payment channel.

STEP IV:

To pay by credit card, choose “WCMNM2024: Credit Card” and then click “pay” button.

Note! The exchange rate is fixed and does not fluctuate with market rates. Your credit card will be charged the full amount in Thai Baht (THB).

STEP V:

Review your information carefully before clicking “Pay with Credit Card.”

STEP VI:

Enter your credit card information and submit.

STEP VII:

After payment, send a confirmation email with the following details to thaitribology@gmail.com:

STEP VIII:

The conference organizer will confirm your registration and payment via email.
