The Aluminum Processing and Manufacturing Technology Research Team, under the Material Processing and Manufacturing Automation Research Group, National Metal and Materials Technology Center (MTEC), focuses on the research and development of industry-based projects , develops appropriate technologies and creates suitable equipment for aluminum casting as well as the related methods such as extrusion, forging, and heat treatment of aluminum alloys. Besides, the team is active in the research and development area involving aluminum fatigue properties used in the automobile industry, transportation, and manufacturing.
