The National Metal and Materials Technology Center (MTEC), together with the Joint Article Management Promotion Consortium (JAMP), organized the 2024 chemSHERPA Workshop for Users in Thailand. This workshop aims to provide participants with knowledge and understanding of chemical management in products, accurate and reliable chemical data management, and the principles, mechanisms, and methods of using chemSHERPA tools developed by JAMP. These tools streamline information communication between trading partners in the production chain, boosting efficiency.
The chemSHERPA training course was conducted by the Certified chemSHERPA Thai Trainers Team, led by Dr. Nujarin Ramangkul, the expert researcher in the Environment Research Group at MTEC. The team also included Mr. Jiraprapa Prasopsorn, Mr. Rachniyom Krengkam, Ms. Amarath Manopakawee, and Ms. Rujika Meesiri.
In addition, Mr. Yasuhiro Hirao, Mr. Takao Sugaya, and Mr. Takao Matsumoto, experts from JAMP, also served as speakers to answer questions and provide knowledge to the 104 participants from private companies and government agencies who attended the workshop.
