MTEC-NSTDA organized the event “In-Depth PMUC Funding: How to Write Effective Project Proposals to Secure Funding and Achieve High Impact” to empower researchers with the skills to write compelling proposals that align with the Program Management Unit for Competitiveness (PMUC) funding criteria.
Distinguished speakers from the PMUC enriched the event with their expertise and insights. Attendees heard from Prof. Dr. Apanee Luengnaruemitchai, Chairperson of the Subcommittee for the Energy, Chemicals, and Biochemicals Program; Dr. Pongvipa Lohsomboon, Chairperson of the Subcommittee for the Circular Economy Program; and Asst. Prof. Dr. Karuna Tuchinda, Research Coordinator for the Future Transport Systems Development Project under the Future Transport Systems Program, along with the PMUC team and the Research Coordination Office.
This event aimed to equip researchers with the skills to craft high-impact project proposals aligned with industry and societal needs. By sharing knowledge and experience, experts guided participants in developing research projects with practical applications and substantial economic and social benefits.
This event also bridged the gap between researchers and funding sources, fostering collaboration and mutual understanding. By aligning high-quality project proposals with the national research strategy and PMUC’s evaluation criteria, the event aimed to catalyze impactful research that drives national development.
