Exhibition Guideline

1. Give us your advertisment in the program and abstract book as your package (Platinum & Gold: Full A4 page and Silver: half A4 page) by e-mail This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. within October 15, 2017.
2. Please register your delegates to the conference by online and inform us by e-mail This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to waive the registration fee as your package (Platinum: 10 / Gold: 7 / Silver 5 and Exhibitor 3 persons) within October 15, 2017, you will get the correct badge for your team.
3. Give us your digital advertisment in USBs (200 MB max.) by October 15, 2017 by email.
4. For your banquet ticket, we will distribute on site. If you need more, the ticket price is 1,000 THB each
5. For official provide funitures are 1 desk (90W *180L *70H), 2 chairs and 1 socket point 5 Amp. 220 Volts.
6. Installation : Wednesday 1 November between 9 AM - 5 PM and Removal : Friday 3 November between 3:30 - 5 PM
7. Please note that we will have the "Exclusive PR session" during refreshments, so, please feel free to prepare your speech for approximately 2 minutes.
8. Special for you to give the relaxing period in the banquet, if you would like to entertain the participants by some gifts or any game, please inform us by e-mail to reserve the time (first come first served). Please note that each company not exceed 10 minutes.
